Guest names

 

Guest names are the names of the people who are attending the dinner.  Guest names can be added at the time of booking or later on by logging into and amending your booking.

 

For assistance and instructions on how to add guest names, please see the information panels opposite.

 

All guest names must be advised by

09 November 2017.

    Click here for step by step instructions

    1. Click 'Book Tickets / Tables' button above (will open in new tab).
    2. Enter your email address.  Click 'Continue'.
    3. You will now be on the 'Contact & Company Info' page.  Enter your details (you only need to include address if you are paying by invoice - this should be the invoice address).  Click 'Continue'.
    4. You will now be on the 'Ticket & Table Booking' page.  Enter your requirements, including no. of tickets and/or tables, dietary requirements, charitable donations and also guest names (if available at the time of booking).  Click 'Continue'.
    5. Note:  Adding guest names:
      1. Name format - First Name then Surname (e.g. Joe Bloggs).
      2. Include your own name, if you are attending the dinner.
      3. Table bookings - first name is table host.
      4. If any names still unknown, leave fields blank.  You can log back in later to add additional names.
      5. Guest names must be advised by latest 01 November 2016.
    6. You will now be on the 'Checkout' screen.  Enter a password (to enable you to amend your booking in the future), select your payment method (credit/debit card or invoice) and check the book to 'agree to terms and conditions'.  Click 'Finish'.
    7. The last screen you will see is the 'Confirmation' screen.  From here you can manage your booking and print credit card receipts or your invoice.
    8. You will be sent an automated email to confirm your place. The email will have a link to your booking details and invoice or credit card receipt.  If you do not receive your email, please check your 'Junk Mail' folder.  If the email is not in there please contact Mint Events.

     

  • Need help amending your

    booking or adding guest names?

     

     

     

    Click here for step by step instructions

    1. Click 'Amend Booking / Add Guest Names' button above (will open in new tab).
    2. Enter your email address.  Click 'Continue'.
    3. Enter the password that you provided when your first registered.  Click 'Continue'.
    4. Note: If you cant remember your password, click 'forgotten your password?' and a pop up box will appear to enable you to have a reset link to your email address.  If you registered initially over the phone, you will need to contact Mint Events.
    5. You will now be on the 'Booking Management' screen.  Underneath the 'Edit' section, select either 'Contact & Company Info' to amend your contact details (e.g. telephone number or invoice address) or select 'Ticket & Table Booking'. to amend your booking choices (e.g. number of tickets / tables or add/amend guest names.  Once amendments are made, click 'Continue'.
    6. Note:  If adding guest names:

    7. You will be back on the 'Booking Management' screen.  The message 'your registration has not yet been saved' will be displayed at the top.  Click 'Continue'.
    8. The 'Checkout' page will appear.  Click the 'Finish' button at the bottom of the page.
    9. The 'Confirmation' page will appear confirming your new booking details.
    10. You will receive an automated email confirming that you have made amendments to your booking.
